Clean & Green is truly a life saver! Professional, excellent customer service, prompt response and FAIR. They were not like the other water extraction and mold remediation companies I called. They DID NOT try to scare me and make me sign and pay them immediately. They were patient, thorough and explained everything clearly and detailed the steps that would be taken and why each step was necessary. They also have a great network of public adjusters who can help with your insurance company. This is an amazing company. Mike Heron is the most honest guy I know! Highly recommend.

Thank heaven for friend recommendations! We are renters in a home and had a mold problem in our asthmatic daughters bedroom. After freaking out over how this may affect her we had the area tested and it came back with toxic levels. I immediately asked my friends husband (he works in remodeling/renovations) to help us. He quickly recommended Jon. I am so happy Jon came out to work on our home. He spoke to our landlord and explained the process as well as explaining it to me in layman's terms. As a father himself, Jon takes the safety of children very seriously. He was extremely professional, covered the entire room and cleaned thoroughly before leaving. This is the company to call. First of all, I assure you that I do not write any reviews for anyone unless I used them to do work. In August of 2017 we found mold in the walls of our house, stemming from AC issues. We had Servepro come out to give an estimate, only for them to disappear once Hurricane Irma passed. Luckily Jonathan, the owner of Clean and Green stopped by our real estate office to introduce himself. I called them and they came out for estimate the next day. The work they did was meticulous and perfect. They covered up all surface area in their work zone to make sure there is no contamination. My husband said Johnathan is "obsessed with his work", which is great news for us! They did a good job and we passed post restoration test very easily. I highly recommend this company and will continue to recommend them to my clients. (I'm a picky person so my 5 star means something, ya know)

Honest, Reliable VendorI discovered that my condo had a mold/mildew problem and was very fortunate to find Jon M. at Clean & Green Restoration. He met me in the next day or two to review the situation, gave me a fair estimate and began work within a day or two. When some of the work needed to be coordinated with other vendors for duct work or painting, he handled that too. The work was documented clearly and I couldn't be happier with the way he handled the whole problem and the quality of the work. In shopping around I found other vendors who were unprofessional or sleazy. Clean & Green is the vendor you're looking for and I couldn't recommend them more highly.

A-plus service! They came on time (how unusual and delightful for a company in South Florida!), did the mold remediation on my property, and left the place clean and free from mold. They found a problem that I didn't even know existed. I had it repaired and hopefully never have another problem in my bedroom closet. Other companies attempted to find the problem but never did. Some even thought it was 'all in my head'. Jon took out the back of the closet drywall and found all the mold and moisture there. He identified the problem after doing a thorough investigation in the adjoining shower wall. Grout was cracked and missing in many places.

After Irma, I needed to hire a mold restoration company, and chose Clean & Green Restoration. It was a great decision. The owner, Jonathan, is just a wonderful person to work with. He is pleasant, knowledgeable, caring and concerned. His workers share those qualities. He stayed on-site through the project, which helped in a positive way. It seemed like Jon cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. I had high mold test scores from the mold inspector. After the work of Clean & Green Restoration, I now have a Certificate of Clearance for mold. Clean and Green Restoration earned that for me. Each step toward that certificate was explained fully to me. This company does it right the first time, working smart and hard. I only have positive things to say about Jon and his company. They were 100% reliable, 100% responsible, showed up as scheduled and had all of the right tools and equipment, What a pleasure when all goes smoothly, as planned. After being hit by the recent hurricane, a mold test confirmed I had high mold in my home. The best thing I did was hire Clean and Green Restoration for remediation. Jonathan Morales is very comforting and very calming, which is so helpful during a crisis time. He gave me first class service, and it was done right the first time. He kept me informed of each phase as he dealt with getting rid of the water damage, mold growth and all of the mess. At the end, my home was spotless, mold free and sanitized. He and his team show up on time and are ready to work hard. They are all pleasant, hard workers and all reliable. As the owner, Jon, stayed with his team making the job go smoothly to the end. Clean and Green Restoration was a very positive experience. He set the standards very high. He took tons of pictures (before, during and after pictures) which helped with the insurance claim. Clean and Green Restoration helped me to earn a passing test result on my Post-Remediation Certificate of Clearance mold test. I am just learning that a friend who hired a different company did not pass her test the first time. I highly recommend Clean and Green Restoration if you need these services.
